Assis en prenant un café, je me demandais bien sur quel sujet j’allais vous entretenir cette fois-ci. Force d’admettre que les mois d’octobre et novembre ne sont pas aussi palpitant que les autres. 

After several months of not writing anything on the blog we're back !

Many things have changed since then.

Some people told us that we were too personal on our site, that we should become more like Amazon and the other big ones of this world.

We doubted, we wondered (worse for a long time) and we came to the conclusion that we were not Amazon or any other, we were US!

So here we are again talking about our projects!

 The P'tits sucriers grew up! ? And take part more and more in the company. Besides they are working on a project for this fall but ... I have no right to talk to you about it!

Molly is always part of every project. At least, watching us or sleeping during our work ?

However, our new biggest is anot about maple! We decided to plant some haskap in our field!

The haskap or honeyberry is a small fruit that looks like an elongated blueberry and tastes a mixture of blackberries, raspberries but more acidulous. Married to the maple it's so delicious!

But beware, everything will be available only in ......... 2 years! So, we need to be patient! loll

We'll see you soon, because doubt has made us hesitate but ultimately be ourselves are the best thing we do.
